ULR Case Handler

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) Case Handlers to join our dedicated teams. You will be responsible for advising clients on the best courses of action within the law. You will efficiently and effectively manage your caseload using our in-house case management system and in line with our SLAs. This role specialises in accident damage claims arising out of road traffic accident (RTA) and non-RTA incidents. 

ULR will be recruiting for Case Handlers to join their fast-paced team. This role is focused on effectively managing your caseload, and advising client’s on the best course of action, to recover all financial expenses following an accident. You will be liaising with third party insurers to seek recovery from the negligent party. 

You will be responsible for: 

· Managing your caseload of uninsured loss recoveries

· Complying fully with agreed service standards

· Dealing with administrative procedures as required

· Communicating fully with clients and representatives involved in an RTA and non-RTA – including typing your letters/emails and taking inbound/outbound calls to all relevant parties

About you:

Experience of claims in insurance or legal fields is an advantage but not essential. The successful candidates must have a genuine interest in law, be IT literate, have excellent communication and organisation skills, and be proactive. Thorough and methodical, enthusiastic and organised, you’re confident managing and prioritising your work.
