ULR Case Handler

About us:

Admiral Law was created in 2013 and is co-owned by both Admiral Group and Lyons Davidson Limited. We are legal experts who specialize in road traffic accident claims. Admiral Law is one of the largest Alternative Business Structures in England and Wales and continues to grow and develop. Admiral Law’s success goes hand-in-hand with having a strong, people-focused culture. You will be surrounded by a friendly, supportive team who will make you feel right at home from day one.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) Case Handlers to join our dedicated teams. You will be responsible for advising clients on the best courses of action within the law. You will efficiently and effectively manage your caseload using our in-house case management system and in line with our SLAs. This role specialises in accident damage claims arising out of road traffic accident (RTA) and non-RTA incidents.

ULR will be recruiting for Case Handlers to join their fast-paced team. · Proactive handling

· The ability to prioritise your work

· An organised approach to work

· Computer literate

· Effective numeracy and literacy skills

· Using initiative to drive performance-related change in this area

About your career:

The members of our team are right at the heart of our success. We invest a lot of effort to ensure that our organisation is a happy place to work, where people have the appropriate training to excel in their role, becoming experts in their chosen field.

The management group works closely with individual handlers to ensure they have the support and guidance to achieve specific goals. This emphasis has led to what we love seeing: people enjoying the job, developing their technical knowledge and understanding the pathway they wish to take in our business. The opportunity for the right candidates to progress internally is paramount.

We offer great opportunities for those interested in furthering their legal careers. We currently have a significant number of case handlers in Admiral Law enrolled on CILEx courses and working with the local college.

At Admiral, we are proud to be a diverse business where we put our people and customers first. We understand that a good work life balance is important, and we want you to have an element of freedom to define a working lifestyle that supports this. We are happy to talk about flexible working.
