Reporting to: PPC Campaign Manager

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen within the Marketing team at Admiral. Do you want to be part of an in-house PPC team?

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated to support our PPC Manager and wider Acquisition team. The team focuses on delivering excellence through PPC account optimisation, data analysis, and building relationships with our suppliers (e.g. Google, Bing, and Marin).

Main Duties

Support the PPC Campaign Manager and wider Acquisition team in all tasks as required, including:

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns to achieve KPI targets within budget
  • Analysing campaign data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance
  • Assist in the communication of PPC campaign performance to the wider business
  • Work closely with product marketing managers and owners to support their business targets
  • Introduce creative tests for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Liaise with internal teams, including compliance to ensure our ad copy adheres to FCA regulations and Acquisition MI to gain a deeper understanding of account performance
  • Liaise with external partners including Google, Bing and Marin account managers, to keep up to date with developments, trends in the PPC marketplace and ensure a competitive edge for PPC campaigns

About You


  • Good knowledge of PPC and ability to make relevant and effective campaign recommendations
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and ability to summarise large data sets and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to improve results and a strong sense of ownership
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks without support
  • Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to show initiative and proactiveness in identifying trends and making improvements
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for PPC and an interest in all aspects of performance marketing


  • Bing and Google Ads certified
  • Experience using bid-management platforms
  • Experience of using Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
  • Understanding of FCA regulations within the financial service industry
