£16,750 basic salary + excellent Admiral benefits + average incentive earnings of £2,400 per annum (if you think you can be one of our top performers you can earn up to £13,200 incentive per annum!). Speaking with our customers who are considering leaving Admiral and looking to negotiate their renewal quote, our Retention Consultants excel in sales and superb customer service with the aim of winning their business again. They are fantastic negotiators, resilient and customer focused.

You don’t need any experience but you will need confidence, a proactive approach and a friendly personality, not forgetting basic computer skills. We will teach you all the product knowledge you need to help you excel.

This is a full time position with long-term career prospects on offer. Training will be on your doorstep alongside your team and manager who will be there to support you every day.

We work 40 hours per week, building up an hour and half of ‘flex’ each week, or 8 extra days holiday days depending on how you like to use it. We share the weekend shift in Renewals, so we work weekends, but we never work more than 5 days in a row!  Your shifts will vary between the following hours;

  • Monday- Friday – 8am-8pm
  • Saturday – 9am-5pm
  • Sunday – 10am-4pm

Job Purpose:

  • Actively take Renewals calls daily
  • Using tools provided to negotiate and retain customers.
  • Upsell multicar and multiproduct.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and staff
  • Log front line complaints
  • Hit department targets

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls efficiently, lead by example and provide fantastic service whilst attempting to retain and increase the business
  • Go above and beyond for your customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure work is dealt with accurately and to a high standard
  • Accurately read scripts and follow procedures correctly
  • Be a team player
  • Suggest positive solutions for customer journey.
  • Attend training sessions and take feedback on board
  • To be a confident and motivated individual
