Admiral Financial Services is still growing! We are now looking to expand our Loans Operations team to support our successful and growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team.
This role comes at a fantastic time for our growing business. Our staff put the customer first, and we encourage your suggestions on how we can continue to exceed their expectations while providing a market leading service.
The role includes a six-month probation period and full training will be provided. No previous experience of loans is required but it is useful.
As with any new and growing business, this is a fast past and exciting environment with lots of opportunities to develop and learn new skills.

Skills and Experience
We’re just beginning a new journey with our Loans Product. We need people who are positive about change and can help get things done.
Loans products can be complex, so you will need to absorb large amounts of information, whilst engaging the customer in long phone calls. As well as making sure we get the correct information input onto the system, you will also need to be switched on to potential mistakes or fraud within applications.
We want our customers to experience exceptional customer service on all our calls. The loan industry is heavily regulated. To that end, we will expect great overall quality and service scores in line with department and individual scorecards
Whilst full training will be given, it will still be a fast pace environment, throwing up some unexpected surprises! You will need to be resilient to deal with change and don’t be afraid to raise suggestions.
