We’re looking for a senior leader to manage, lead and inspire our Operations team. You’ll work alongside the Head of Operations in providing vision and leadership for our teams with overall responsibility for supporting the team to continuously develop and perform at their best. You’ll make sure that the function runs smoothly and Veygo OPS is a great place to work.

Veygo Operations

Customers are at the heart of everything we do in Veygo. Across 4 different teams we provide support & guidance to both new and existing customers:

  • Customer Support – Helping new and existing customers (excluding claims)
  • Customer Claims – Supporting our customers who make a claim from the first notification of loss until claim settlement
  • Third-Party Claims – Managing third party claims for bodily injury up to £50k in value.
  • Customer Insight – Continuously learning about our customers' behavior to improve our products


You’ll be able to help make sure customers have a great experience every time they contact us.

As a senior leader, you’ll provide support and leadership

  • You’ll help OPS achieve our long-term strategic goals
  • You’ll directly manage a team leader to help them achieve their professional development goals.
  • You’ll help spot and solve problems
  • You’ll listen to your people, guide them through hard times and celebrate their successes.
  • You’ll have responsibility for some employee relations matters

Each day you’ll be:

  • Instilling a strong customer-centric culture and keeping everyone focussed on what really matters, helping our customers.
  • Helping our managers outperform in their roles by having regular 1:1s; giving and receiving feedback about people, improving process & quality control, mentoring, and developing high performing team leaders.
  • Supporting the growth of Veygo by contributing to our strategic goals
  • Helping us become an exceptional place to work


You should apply if:

  • You have management experience, ideally in a customer-centric role
  • You’re as comfortable working 1:1 as you are communicating within groups
  • You empower your people to find solutions themselves
  • You can motivate teams working on ongoing operational work
  • You are very hands-on and solve problems when you spot them
