We are looking for an enthusiastic and numerically minded graduate to join our expanding Advanced Analytics team. As a Graduate Data Scientist, you will be fully supported with on the job training in machine learning and advanced analytics as well as dedicated research time to expand your knowledge and skills. After an initial three-month training period you will have a chance to use cutting-edge techniques to solve real-life problems in a wide-ranging set of business areas, from product pricing and black-box insurance to marketing and operational analytics.
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside talented Data Scientists, where no one will ever say “No” to a good idea.
We are looking for someone inquisitive and focussed, who is keen to make an impact using innovative analytical methods. You must have a keen interest in machine learning or statistics and be ready to expand your skills as the field progresses. You should be comfortable in a culture where decision making is evidence-based and reliant on rigorous evaluation.
You should be self-motivated and able to get things done, as well as be a good team player and be capable of delivering to agreed timelines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
