This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Admiral’s international operations – L’Olivier in Paris!

L’Olivier Assurance is the youngest insurance company within the Admiral Group and now has almost 300 staff members and more than 180,000 customers. The business is growing fast and needs talented people to help us grow even stronger! We’ve recently added home insurance to our product portfolio and are keen to keep innovating and progressing within the French market.

This role would be based within the Pricing department, where we have plenty of exciting new projects coming up (geography rating, external data, renewal optimisation, etc). To continue our success and growth trajectory, we are now looking for a pricing analyst to help strengthen our team. You’d be reporting to our Pricing Manager and will be responsible for running pricing analysis and for proposing rate changes, based on your findings. You’ll also help train any new starters in the department.

For this role, we are not requiring any French skills, as we communicate mainly in English in the department and internationally (so a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English is a must). You should also have at least a year’s worth of experience in a pricing or data analytics role.

This is a permanent position, subject to a four-month probationary period.

Your responsibilities

  • Evaluate our pricing structures and past performance to improve our risk management
  • Making rate changes as/when needed
  • Collaborating with peers in pricing and with stakeholders from all relevant areas of the business
  • Training and developing of other members of the team

What we’re looking for

  • At least 12 months in a pricing/data analytics role
  • Good level of English (you don’t have to know any French!)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

For further information about the role, please contact Antoine Samzun.
