Job Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in online customer journeys who would like to play a part in shaping the future of Admiral’s online presence.

The successful candidate will have the ability to make changes quickly on our website, to improve our conversion from various acquisition channels e.g; SEO, PPC and Affiliates. The team has a “test and learn” ethos, so you will have the ability to create a big impact on the success of the Admiral website.

Main Duties

  • Monitoring and creating daily conversion reports
  • Using online tools to examine what changes could be made for web improvements (training will be given for these online tools – these include Google Analytics, SessionCam and Userzoom)
  • Run digital landing page A/B or multivariate test plans; including building and testing new landing pages, and analysing the effectiveness and performance of landing pages using a range of sources
  • Reviewing and benchmarking against competitors and ecommerce websites, both inside and outside of the finance sector, to identify potential opportunities
  • Implementing tested and verified changes to the website via a CMS
  • Ensuring that all pricing substantiations are up to date across the website

Skills and Experience Required:

  • An interest in good website UX
  • You will need to have confidence and be proactive, with the ability to work creatively and autonomously
  • You will need to be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to improve results and a strong sense of ownership
  • Awareness of digital acquisition channels e.g. SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Email
  • Experience in using web analytic tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Have good working knowledge of Excel and able to easily summarise data and make recommendations


  • Experience with a website CMS

Educational Qualifications Required:

A degree or equivalent experience in either:-   

  • Business Management
  • Marketing
