About the role:
Motivated, articulate and analytical, you’ll run Claimant Motor Personal Injury cases either within our dedicated MOJ department or in our Fast Track department. There are opportunities available in both our Newport and Cardiff offices.
With your own caseload, you’ll advise your clients on the best course of action. You’ll effectively manage and progress your own caseload using our in-house case management system (and in line with our SLAs), keeping clients informed of progress every step of the way.
You will have the opportunity to deal with complex files, building your technical knowledge and litigating where necessary for the client.
Experience in dealing with Personal Injury claims either within our outside of the MOJ portal is not necessary but advantageous (either from a claimant, or a defendant perspective). You will have a strong work ethic and thrive on seeing results for our clients. You will be thorough and methodical, enthusiastic and organised, confident in managing and prioritising your work.
