Want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and rewarding environment for a company that offers a whole host of great benefits to its staff? Confused.com is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for designing, overviewing the implementation and documenting the learning from the tests we are conducting in the Confused.com Lab. These tests inform us what product features we develop further and what products deserve to be transitioned from minimum viable product to full products.
The Confused.com Lab is the research and development department in Confused.com, which focuses on exploring new channels and new technologies to save more money for our users.
This role is a rare and exciting chance to be at the forefront of both setting the strategy and doing the initial steps in exploring new ways to communicate with our users (besides traditional web/email). Moreover, the Product Owner will work closely with the Head of the Confused.com Lab to build the business cases for new products based on things learned from the tests.
You’ll use your existing experience to analyse various customer journeys and improve our user’s experience, to come up with new and creative ways to increase our user’s engagement and how we monetize this engagement for a direct impact on the top and bottom line.
Confused.com is an agile organisation, and we’ll empower you to make your own decisions, and be able to see the effect of implementing changes in real-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to align your product focus experience with a business angle by participating and driving a number of business cases. It’s a high profile role too, coming with CEO visibility.
In the Confused.com Lab we’re looking for talented individuals with a “get up and go” attitude. You might not have a technical background, but a very keen eye on the customer journey. However, there are a few key attributes that might help you stand out in your application for this role:
We're relaxed on dress code and are social in and out of work. Without blowing our own trumpet too much, we think it's pretty sweet working at Confused.com!
