We have a brand-new role to fill within our Group Security Department: The Head of Security Architecture and Culture has overall responsibility for the Security Architectural vision and general approach to Security Education and Awareness throughout all our Admiral businesses.
About the team
The Security Architecture and Culture team is undergoing an evolution transforming into a global enterprise ready team. This will need hand a combination of detailed strategy development as well as strategic leadership. The Security culture element of the team is already well established, but by bringing it closer to our architectural strategy we hope to further accelerate our educational and awareness activities.
The role holder will ensure that Security Architects and the Culture team are prioritising their work based on an up to date risk profile. They will set Security Architectural strategy in line with business requirements, and also own the development of the Security Service catalogue on behalf of the Group CISO in line with known risks and evolving threats

Experience and Qualifications Required
The Head of Security Architecture and Culture will be a highly experienced Security professional with extensive Consulting and management experience operating at a senior level.
Must have proven experience of influencing Technology strategy at Senior Manager level.
