You’ll be working as part of the ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) team. Our job is to engage customers with a range of direct marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell and improve retention across Admiral’s expanding portfolio of products.
The team’s focus is on email marketing, with some opportunity to test direct Mail, SMS and exploring other digital channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join the team, ideally with some experience or knowledge of marketing.
This role will be a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to claim ownership of projects, as well as working as a part of the wider marketing department at Admiral. This is an exciting time to join the team, as we are currently migrating from our existing email provider to a new platform – so there are lots of opportunities to help shape the future of the team and make the role your own! Experience of using Adobe Campaign is a bonus.
You will report to the Head of ECRM and assist in the delivery of key email, data & creative projects, as well as owning the ECRM marketing of at least one product or programme.
Planning, implementing and optimising email programmes for the Admiral Group. This will include leading the ECRM strategy for at least one product or programme, working with many internal departments, as well as external agencies
