This role requires a highly organised, analytical & proactive individual. A passion for media is a must.


Key duties will include:

  • Working with (TBC) to plan media and sponsorship strategy.
  • Management and planning of a large media budget.
  • Responsibility for making recommendations for media mix and spend to senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Reporting and analysis of all brand media activity. This includes TV, VOD, Radio, OOH, Print, sponsorship and any other brand campaigns.
  • Ensuring media is delivered in line with agency and department KPIs.
  • Own relationships with key media suppliers, including TV and radio saleshouses.
  • Managing day-to-day relationship with the media buying and sponsorship agencies.
  • Working closely with the advertising manager to align creative and media approaches.
  • Working closely with the insight manager to maintain a clear understanding of target audiences.
  • Line management of VOD executive and Brand marketing executive.


Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience of brand and broadcast media buying (either from a client or agency perspective).
  • Excellent analytical skills & ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to make clear media recommendations.
  • Ability to react to change & work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail & time management.
  • Detailed knowledge of UK media landscape.


Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of digital media buying including programmatic media.
