The Admiral Marketing department is looking for an experienced and talented PHP Developer to join their studio team.  The ideal candidate will have full stack experience, with a primary focus on backend PHP development.  Experience with Drupal 7 or 8 in a commercial setting would be desirable and a working knowledge of the Zend Framework 2.0 is also required.  Linux server administration, in particular configuration management of Apache, PHP and MySQL is also must. 

The typical day will see you working on one of our many systems, implementing new features and supporting frontend developers with the tasks they have to complete.  Management and monitoring of the infrastructure is also a key part of the role.  Deployment of the code bases is done with Continuous integration via GitLab, and experience of the hosting stack and linux operating system will be needed. 

The right individual will be able great communicator and able to work will within a team and individually on project work.  Good time management is essential and clear communication to our internal customers is a must.   An ability to work through requirements and plan and direct the work which needs to be done is also essential.
