About the role’s use of CRM is undergoing a radical transformation, making this a unique opportunity for you to help us as we drive the capability to the next level. 

As CRM technical lead you’ll work with a diverse set of teams and disciplines spanning marketing, IT, data and product development. We want people with the knowledge, skill, and diligence to bridge multiple roles, as needed, from analyst and requirements lead, to technical/functional consultant and advisor.

As the domain expert, you will:

  • Build a peerless technical understanding of our systems and counsel non-technical colleagues on issues and opportunities.
  • Own the technical execution of the entire CRM/email platform; from line of business, through warehouse and onto our provider, ensuring all interfaces are fully understood and performing at 100% efficiency.
  • Be responsible for all of the technical CRM touchpoints with the customer.
  • Proactively drive the CRM ecosystem, actively seeking improvements and opportunities with existing and new systems.
  • Immerse yourself with other teams and departments, mining for additional customer value by helping teams to think creatively.
  • Have your finger firmly on the pulse of the customer and all customer contact points.

You will be best friends with architects, marketing and data teams – you’ll understand what makes an effective technology organisation tick.

You’ll prefer to and be motivated to work on an 80% technical and 20% analytical basis.

Skills we’re looking for 
The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience of:

  • Leading a CRM and associated processes or similar.
  • SQL 2012-2016, SSIS
  • SOA principles
  • XML
