About the role
Confused.com’s use of CRM is undergoing a radical transformation, making this a unique opportunity for you to help us as we drive the capability to the next level.
As CRM technical lead you’ll work with a diverse set of teams and disciplines spanning marketing, IT, data and product development. We want people with the knowledge, skill, and diligence to bridge multiple roles, as needed, from analyst and requirements lead, to technical/functional consultant and advisor.
As the domain expert, you will:
You will be best friends with architects, marketing and data teams – you’ll understand what makes an effective technology organisation tick.
You’ll prefer to and be motivated to work on an 80% technical and 20% analytical basis.
