ECRM technical lead
About the role
The way Confused.com uses ECRM is undergoing a radical transformation. We’re in the final stages of tendering for a new ECRM provider. We have selected Adobe Marketing Cloud – Adobe Campaign, and in early 2018, we’ll be starting a full migration onto their platform.
The successful candidate will be a key player in the migration onto the new platform. During the migration process, you’ll become the super user\subject-matter specialist on the Adobe platform.
Initially the migration will be a lift & shift. Once on the new platform, an extensive programme of optimisation will take place to reap the benefits. You‘ll be responsible for running and analysing the results from these optimisation projects.
Once the migration and optimisation is complete, you’ll be responsible for analysing the success of campaigns on the our email, social and SMS channels. This analysis will require working with our business analysis team to produce a suite of reports for yourself, the ECRM team and wider business to use.
As ECRM technical lead, you’ll work with a diverse set of teams and disciplines spanning marketing, IT, data, and product development.
We want people with the knowledge, skill and diligence to bridge multiple roles – as needed – from analyst and requirements lead, to technical/functional consultant and advisor.
You’ll build relationships with all areas of the Confused.com business – such as IT, marketing and data teams. We want someone who understands what makes an effective technology organisation tick.
The breakdown of work in this role would be roughly 70% technical and 30% analytical.
