About The Role: 

 As a Claims Service Handler the primary objective of your role is to assess and settle claims for our customers following an accident. After comprehensive training you'll start to manage your own portfolio of cases, as well as offering valuations and settlements for Total Loss claims. You’ll also be required to deal with incoming and outgoing calls, to keep your policyholder’s up to date on their claims. On-going training will be provided throughout your career to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.

The role is offered on a full time basis and after successful completion of a probationary period you will be awarded a full time permanent contract. In addition to your basic salary the department offers an Incentive scheme which on average equates to an average of £2,500 per annum.
