Outbound is an award winning department, we are voted the best department to work for two years running. We offer a shift pattern which means you will have the majority of your weekends off; we do this by working more hours on weekdays to free up your time on weekends. We do not work Bank Holidays and are the only call centre department that closes over the Christmas period for you to enjoy the festivities with your family and friends.
About the job :
To help increase Admiral profits by promoting our products and services in a compliant way, ensuring the best possible customer experience throughout, and play an active role in maintaining the positive culture of Outbound. We only call customers who have either completed a quote online and we are one of the most competitive or we call our existing customers to give them the option of tailoring the policy to their individual needs.
The job is of course challenging and competitive, which is why the better you perform, the more lucrative the rewards, as the incentive structure in place benefits motivated individuals who show a flair for both sales and service. Our sales staff can earn anywhere from £3000 to £12000 per year on top of their basic salary.
