We offer a starting salary of £14,800 plus monthly incentives and an annual appraisal. You will be entitled to £3,600 free company shares per annum, with dividend payouts on top. About you and your role:
Could you work in a customer orientated environment? Could you have the dedication to have great customer conversations, whilst being able to support them through an unfamiliar time?
Our claims teams are the first point of contact for customers in need. You will spend interesting days gathering information about a variety of claims. Could you deal with these quickly and accurately whilst being sensitive to our customers' needs in what can often be an inconvenient time.
Can you show our customers we are not just a company but people who care?
After comprehensive training you'll start to manage your own portfolio of cases, as well as offering valuations and settlements for Total Loss claims. You’ll also be required to deal with incoming and outgoing calls, to keep your policyholder’s up to date on their claims. On-going training will be provided throughout your career to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.
To join the claims team, you'll need to have excellent attention to detail, great time management and listening skills. You must have the ability to negotiate and use problem solving skills on different types of claims.
It's a demanding yet satisfying role that takes initiative, quick wits and talent. Of course, you'll need a calm, professional phone manner and the ability to take ownership in certain situations. We encourage sharing ideas and experiences with other colleagues to help us to work smarter.
