Inside Admiral

Fast-paced roles with plenty of potential - Join us at Admiral in Swansea!

A recently promoted team manager in our Claims department said Admiral is now on the look out for forward thinking people who can bring fresh ideas.

Laura Williams (pictured above) joined our department in Swansea four years ago and, having progressed to a senior level, has now secured a role managing her own team of Claims Handlers.

Admiral is now recruiting for Claims Handlers to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) teams in the heart of Swansea's SA1 development (pictured below).

Laura works with FNOL staff who are the first point of contact for our customers in a crisis after a car accident.

She said: "Claims is such a fast-paced environment and there's always a lot of changes happening.

"It is important to be someone with the skills to drive those changes and it is about being enthusiastic about the job that you do."

Laura progressed to a senior level in FNOL within three years and has been involved in staff development programmes which have impacted across the whole of our Claims department.

She added: "I tell my team, your motivation will determine what you do but your attitude determines how well you do it.

"Admiral is very good at recognising potential in people.

"We want people to stay and have a long career with us.

"This is somewhere they can use their initiative, be involved and question the norms because that is what we are about.

"We are constantly questioning things to improve our processes and make things better for the customer, they are at the forefront of everything we do."

Apply today if you would like to join our fast-paced FNOL team in Swansea.
