Our Customer Assurance team win Silver for 2nd Best Support Department in Wales!
Friday 8th March saw the Welsh Contact Centre Forum Awards take place in the Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay. The event was hosted by Canadian comedian Katherine Ryan.
Customer Assurance were finalists and won the Silver Award for 2nd Best Support Department in Wales!
The process included submitting a write up of why the department felt they should be finalists, and interviews by a panel of judges from around the industry at Cardiff and Vale College.
The department leadership team put forward nominations of people from each team they would like to represent the department at the awards ceremony and gala ball.
The Best Support Department category had the largest number of finalists than any other company award, including HSBC, AA Driving School, Lloyds Banking Group, Legal and General, BT, Conduit, Optimum Credit and the DVLA. So for Customer Assurance to place second is an incredible achievement for a department that has only existed for 18 months, and our first year entering the awards.
