Graduation Day for our Talented Trainers!

Graduation day for our second cohort of talented trainers took place at the University of South Wales, on Friday December 15th 2017. Liz  from Admiral Academy tells us more...

This is the second year we have seen our trainers from different areas within the business achieve their Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management (Education). Our master's level qualification is unique within the University as it was designed and delivered internally with the aim being to focus on what we require from learning and development professionals within our fast paced business. It is a demanding year for our students, but they rose to the challenge with great work and great results.

The University of South Wales has accredited this qualification at master’s level and stringent quality checks are in place to maintain its prestige. We are commended within the University and education circles for the high calibre of work the students turn in. The main focus of the qualification is on a research project where they look to improve results within the business. Matt from Admiral Academy was awarded the University's ‘Admiral Award for Excellence in Learning and Development’ for the high standard of his work over the year.

Congratulations to the graduates of 2017!
