Lucky winner in Admiral Customer Services in Cardiff wins £500

All of our Customer Service Consultants fly the flag for Admiral and each and every one do an incredible job for our 5.15 million customers.

We are very proud of our employee benefits at Admiral, but our Customer Service Team has a few extra special benefits for their team. Along with the company shares, free fruit and free corporate gym membership, Admiral Customer Service Consultants receive an extra £50 a month just for full attendance. On top of that, for full attendance for the past three months David Edwards, Customer Service Operations Manager decided to go one step further. Every 3 months there is a big prize draw to reward our hard working staff. This month, two lucky winners were drawn at random to win £250 and £500 in holiday vouchers!

Alison and Kyle from our Recruitment team in Cardiff selected the two luck winners. Tracey scooped up £250 of holiday vouchers. The lucky lady who won £500 of holiday vouchers was the lovely Janice!

We caught up with a very excited Janice shortly afterward. ‘I was oblivious to what was going on, I couldn’t believe it! I’ll probably spend the vouchers on my holiday to Spain next year, or I might treat the family to a little trip.’’

Janice began her career in Admiral 6 years ago and is a cherished member of the team. In fact, her 6 year Admiral anniversary is next week, what a fantastic way to celebrate! Prior to Admiral Janice had a 40 year long rewarding career in her previous company. We were keen to find out why Janice chose Admiral and what she enjoys most about her job.

‘‘Unfortunately I was made redundant, I then worked with Acorn who supported me in finding Admiral. I came to Admiral on an Acorn placement and from there I secured myself a permanent position in Admiral. I wanted a job where I could take a call, resolve the query to a high standard and then move on to the next customer. It sounds corny, but I truly just enjoy speaking to people on the phone.’’
