Outbound Sales staff enjoy an extra 9 days off over the festive period!
Christmas is on our doorstep and the Outbound Sales department are enjoying some of the festive perks of working in Admiral Sales.
Outbound Swansea have consistently won our internal ‘Top 10’ awards, they took first place in 2013 and 2014, second in 2015 and they are eagerly awaiting this year’s results! These awards really showcase the hard work that goes on everyday in Outbound.
Kayleigh, who works in Outbound Swansea said “Christmas time in Outbound is definitely my favourite. I love all the festive activities leading up to the big day, decorating our desks and having competitions. It really makes it a special place to be. Not forgetting we have the best Christmas parties, of course! And.. we’re lucky enough to have Christmas off work.”
That's right! Our Outbound Sales department is closed for Christmas. Outbound staff earn up to an extra 9 holiday days during the working year, they then enjoy a long festive Christmas break. This year they are off work from Christmas day until 3rd January. You don’t get perks like that with typical call centre roles!
Will Cooper, Department Operations Manager explains more.. “Christmas is a special time for family and friends. We know how busy life can be at this time of year, we appreciate our customers wouldn’t welcome a call from us while tucking into their Christmas dinners. Our staff work exceptionally hard all year, so why not take a well earned break and enjoy the holidays!’’
