As the first person our customers speak to, you’ll be guiding them through the buying journey and helping them understand exactly what their policy offers.

Customer Value
We keep things simple: our goal is to save customers money and give them the best possible service along the way. In this team, you’ll take a variety of inbound calls - from answering quick questions to helping with policy changes and giving expert support.

Customer Loyalty
Our Customer Loyalty team focuses on making sure our customers stick with us and feel good about it. Most of the calls are inbound, where you’ll be helping with renewals, offering tailored deals and finding the right solutions - whether that’s adding a car, a van, or a new home to a policy, or just answering day-to-day queries.
