Emerging Talent Programme
Our Emerging Talent Programme (previously known as TAP) is an exciting initiative created for internal colleagues and those without a degree to join a two-year placement programme, inspired by our long running and successful graduate programmes. Those on the programme have the opportunity to join entirely new departments through immersive, six-month placements with the aim of staying there longer term.
